Meet Erin – Online Therapy for Teens, Young Adults, Parents in Transition, and Neurodivergent Adults Facing Anxiety & Overwhelm
Erin is a trauma-informed therapist offering online therapy for women, young adults, neurodivergent individuals, and highly sensitive people across Ontario and most Canadian provinces.
Her path into psychotherapy was shaped by years of frontline experience as a crisis intervention specialist, addictions case manager, and university student advisor. She supported people through mental health crises, substance use recovery, and life instability—always guided by the belief that people need to be heard, supported, and never hurried.
With a gentle, affirming approach, Erin creates space for clients navigating overwhelm, identity shifts, emotional healing, and life transitions. She especially loves working with women, HSPs (Highly Sensitive Persons), and neurodivergent folks who are ready to reconnect with themselves and write a new chapter—one rooted in compassion, clarity, and deep self-trust.

Behind the Bio: The Human Behind the Therapist
(Because yes, therapists are humans too—coffee-loving, podcast-bingeing, deep-feeling humans!)
A Comfort Food Favorite: Perogies!!! Piled high with sour cream, crispy bacon, and a sprinkle of chives.
A Highly Recommended Read: Magic Hour by Kristin Hannah (or honestly, anything by her—she’s just that good).
A Go-To Way to Unwind: Couch, cuddles, dog, partner, and an Ozark binge—it doesn’t get better than that.
