Sheena is a trauma-informed therapist offering online therapy for women, mothers, first responders, and educators across Ontario.

Her work is shaped by her own experience living with complex trauma, and her path toward healing through therapy, nervous system work, and self-compassion. She knows what it’s like to feel constantly on edge, emotionally shut down, or overwhelmed by the pressure to hold it all together.

With 17 years of experience working with teens as an educator, Sheena brings deep insight into emotional resilience, relational dynamics, and the invisible weight many women carry through parenting, caregiving, and life transitions.

She supports clients navigating PTSD, burnout, anxiety, parenting stress, divorce recovery, and the emotional toll of frontline and crisis response work. Her therapeutic space is grounded, affirming, and centered on helping you shift from survival mode into a life that feels more balanced and truly your own.
