Meet Sarah – Online Therapist Supporting Women Navigating Cancer Recovery, Chronic Illness & Life Reinvention

Sarah provides virtual therapy for women across Ontario and Canada. She specialises in supporting women facing career transitions, mid‑life reinvention, burnout and identity shifts. Drawing on her lived experience of leadership, chronic illness, neurodivergence and grief, Sarah offers therapy that’s grounded, real and deeply transformative.

For years, Sarah thrived in the fast-paced world of the music industry, where ambition often masked burnout. But everything changed after a life-altering diagnosis—and the question shifted from what's next? to what really matters?

Her answer led her to this work.

Today, Sarah helps women breathe again—especially those navigating chronic illness, midlife shifts, neurodivergence, grief, and the invisible load of caregiving and reinvention. With both clinical expertise and lived experience, she offers a grounded, compassionate space where you can heal without pressure and reconnect with yourself.

Because you don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a space where you can be.

    Who Sarah Supports

Sarah works with women at pivotal life moments — especially those juggling ambition, identity and change. Typical clients include:

    • Women in high‑pressure careers experiencing burnout or “too much on the plate” anxiety
    • Women navigating midlife transitions: changing roles, aging, shifting priorities
    • Caregivers or professionals dealing with chronic illness, grief, or loss of direction
    • Couples: Because relationships take work — and every couple needs a tune-up sometimes. Sarah helps couples slow down, communicate more clearly, and deepen connection — especially through seasons of change.
    • Families: Because every family hits rough patches. Sarah offers calm, compassionate support to help families navigate change, reconnect across differences, and grow forward — together.

If you’re a woman who’s been “on” for years and ready to press pause, reconnect with yourself, and rebuild from a place of authenticity — Sarah may be your match.
